Receiving Payments

Quickly and easily receive payments in your account.

When you receive a payment, it will automatically be credited to your Xyngular Pay Portal account. Each time funds are credited to your Xyngular Pay Portal account, you will receive a notification via email.

 

Notifications & Alerts

Receive email  notifications.

You can easily setup email and text message (SMS) notifications for virtually every activity related to your account, including when you’ve received a payment. Setting up notifications is easy and can be done under Settings.

 

Transferring Funds

Transfer funds to your registered bank account and more.
 
Depending on your program setup, Xyngular Pay Portal allows you to transfer funds to your registered bank account, prepaid card, or buy additional product from your sponsoring organization. Setting a new transfer method is easy, and can be done by adding a new Transfer Method under Transfer Center.

 

Automatic Transfers

Set it once and it's done!

The easiest way to manage your payments is to setup an “Auto Transfer”. Each time you receive a payment, your funds will automatically be transferred to your registered bank account, prepaid card or other available payment options.

Advanced features allow you to split the transfer among multiple accounts. For example, you could have 60% of your funds transferred to your prepaid card and 40% to your registered bank account. You can also choose the transfer frequency and minimum transfer amount.

 

Transaction History

Quickly review your transaction history.

You can review all your transactions organized in chronological order and see the details of each transaction. Simply click any account balance to view your transactions, set filters to refine your search, or download and save your transactions for future review.
